About Kaitlyn!

With her unforgettable stage presence and her high energy movement, Kaitlyn Cahalen has worked with creative geniuses and entertained audiences across the United States.

 

Born and raised in a small beach town in California, Kaitlyn first began dancing at the age of two with the ever so popular song Baby Take a Bow and has never stopped. She has studied and worked with groups at school, various dance studios, and with professional theatres including Shakespeare Santa Cruz.

 

Kaitlyn went on to earn her Bachelor of Performing Arts degree in Dance Performance at Oklahoma City University, where she was cast in the OCU Dance Company all four years. She also participated in an MFA Performance and the Student Choreography Project as a Dancer, and as a Choreographer during her Senior year.

 

In Middle School, Kaitlyn began acting and singing in addition to her dancing.

Her regional credits include:  A CHORUS LINE, 9 TO 5, LA CAGE AUX FOLLES (Summer Repertory Theatre) Legally Blonde (Osceola Arts), PRINCESS AND THE PEA (Shakespeare Santa Cruz); SINGING IN THE RAIN (Garland Musical Theatre); BEAUTY AND THE BEAST, INTO THE WOODS, CRAZY FOR YOU (Harbor High School Theatre); BYE BYE BIRDIE (NBMS Theatre).
